Vice captain and lock Grant Gilchrist fractured his forearm and will undergo surgery this week, following which timelines for rehabilitation will be determined.
Lock Anton Bresler sustained a knee injury and, following a scan this week, a timeline for recovery will be determined.
Flanker Hamish Watson has had surgery on a fractured jaw while fellow back row Roddy Grant will undergo surgery today to correct a fractured bone in his cheek. Following a period of rest and recuperation, timelines for recovery for both players will be determined.
Stand-off/centre Phil Burleigh sustained a knee injury early in the match and will be scanned this week, following which a timeline for recovery will be determined.
Centre Sam Beard sustained a knock during the game and is being monitored by the medical team.
Winger Dougie Fife and prop Alasdair Dickinson have transferred to the Scotland training camp where they are under the care of the Scotland medical team.
Players currently on the injured list are: Carl Bezuidenhuit (knee), Wicus Blaauw (knee), Neil Cochrane (hamstring), Mike Coman (leg), Cornell Du Preez (leg), Jamie Farndale (knee), Stuart McInally (foot), Fraser McKenzie (knee), Matt Scott (shoulder), Michael Tait (knee), Alex Toolis (toe) and Brett Thompson (shoulder). All are progressing well with their respective recoveries.
