With the new Guinness PRO14 campaign getting underway this weekend, the Ospreys medical team has today issued the following update on a number of players.
Dmitri Arhip
Dmitri suffered a setback on his return to playing against Bath and is currently undergoing further rehab on his right shoulder
Sam Davies
Returned from Wales’ summer tour with a groin problem and has been undergoing rehabilitation, returning to full training this week with a view to being available selection against Zebre
Hanno Dirksen
Continuing his rehab from a knee injury as scheduled and is expected to be available for selection during October
Dafydd Howells
Continues to rehab following shoulder surgery and is looking at returning to action in October
Brendon Leonard
Suffered foot ligament damage in the Bath game and is currently undergoing intensive rehabilitation. Good early progress means he is looking at a return to play date of 4-6 weeks from the date of injury
Luke Price
Luke also sustained a foot ligament injury against Bath and faces an anticipated 6-8 week lay-off.
